regularly develops collections of Questions and Answers within different fields of their area of work. Driven by an open process where questions can be submitted to the authority by anyone, relevant questions are answered and published on their website.

In relation to the MiCA regulatory framework, no Q&As have yet been developed. It can however be expected that the market participants and other stakeholders will raise questions during the legislation’s implementation period, which will cause ESMA to develop Q&As specific for the crypto-asset sector.
