MiCA Regulation approved in European Parliament

On 20 April, the European Parliament voted in favour of the MiCA Regulation.

We are now one step closer to the effectivness of the MiCA Regulation. The European Parliament voted in favour of the regulation today on 20 April 2023. The texts will now have to be formally endorsed by Council, before publication in the EU Official Journal. They will enter into force 20 days later.
